As a distribution business, our suppliers are as important as our customers. We understand the suppliers desire to have their products professionally represented and successfully sold to customers.

Most of our original suppliers that started with us in 1993 are still with us today. We have helped them grow their sales and ensure customers are satisfied with the product features and capabilities. We have added many more suppliers in recent years.

We need good suppliers to ensure we can provide the best products to our customers in a timely manner at the best possible price. We value our suppliers as a true partner in the distribution business.

In order to ensure our entire organization understands and embraces this concept we have developed a Supplier Bill of Rights. This describes our service level commitments to our suppliers and what they can expect from all of us every day and with every transaction.We will use these results to constantly improve our processes and service level to our valued suppliers.

Optimum Energy Products Ltd. Supplier Bill of Rights

As a contracted supplier to Optimum Energy Products Ltd. we will:

1. Undertake to train all sales and support staff on product operations and the features/benefits as they relate to customer needs and requirements
2. We will acquire and keep on hand, sufficient inventory to support customer acquisition demands.
3. We will professionally represent the Supplier products. We will not make false claims, over-promise, or in any way cause the supplier to be negatively effected.
4. We will provide trade show, advertising and Web Site presence promotion either as required or upon our own discretion and cost.
5. We will provide sales forecasts and destination reports if required
6. We will support supplier products with front-line technical support and trouble-shooting where possible
7. We will pay all supplier invoices within agreed time frames
