At Optimum Energy Products Ltd. we are in the business of serving our customers. We are a distribution company that owes our livelihood and success to our growing and loyal customer base. In order to ensure our entire organization understands and embraces this concept we have developed a Customer Bill of Rights. This describes our service level commitments to you and what you can expect from all of us every day and with every transaction.
We not only believe in this concept we practice it with every order. Every customer is asked to respond to a short survey of their buying experience with us. Many do respond and we post the results for the world to see at our web site See the results, updated in real time as customers respond.
All employees embrace this concept and in fact we are all compensated and measured on these results. By making the results public we are one of the few companies to "walk the talk" of true customer satisfaction. We use these results to constantly improve our processes and service level to our customer base.

- We will strive to understand our customer needs and requirements and suggest products to meet those needs at the most economical price and prompt delivery possible.
- We will provide accurate and timely quotations to customer requests and provide sufficient product information for customers to make informed purchase decisions.
- We will stand by our price quotes. Customers can expect us to honor all our prices at least 60 days from issue date.
- We will accurately invoice the customer as per mutually agreed prices and terms of payment.
- We will promptly ship goods to meet customer deliver requirements and our promised delivery dates
- We will support our products with support and access to our manufacturers warranty and service systems.
- We will provide post-sale follow up and information to ensure customer satisfaction.
