Energy Simulation You can be confident in your results. All energy-using equipment is modeled on an hourly basis. Standard ASHRAE algorithms are used in heating and cooling load calculations for local weather conditions. The part load performance characteristics of all primary and auxiliary heating and cooling equipment are included in the energy simulation.

Data Export Export all input and output data to a standard database format to interface with your tracking system, spreadsheets, screening tools, or other information systems. Create T-36 files of hourly end use loadshapes for input to SRC's COMPASS software for DSM program planning.

Graphs Use graphs to more effectively communicate your recommendations to customers. Analysis results can be displayed and printed in graphic form in black and white or color.

6. Facility Types Model almost any type of residential, commercial, or industrial facility in MarketManager. Buildings can have up to 255 zones with an area of up to 9,999,999 sqft per zone. Standard use profiles are provided for over 30 facility types, including auditoriums, banks, classrooms, grocery stores, hotels and motels, medical offices, religious services, retail sales, and theaters.

Lighting, Appliances, Motors, Water Heating With hundreds of items in MarketManager's libraries, you can quickly compare different lighting systems and controls, gas and electric water heaters, or standard and energy efficient process motors. Each piece of equipment can be precisely modeled with hourly operating schedules which can vary daily, weekly, and monthly. For a simple analysis, standard operating schedules are provided.

8. Energy Rate AnalysisUse the rate analysis module to model your specific rate schedules (as well as your competition's). Accurately evaluate the cost impacts of your recommendations, including demand charges, load factors, ratchets, time-of-use variation, and other credits and adjustments.

9. Measures Evaluate recommended measures as part of an audit program and calculate savings, paybacks, lifecycle costs, and ROIs. ECMs can be standardized, including labor, material, and replacement costs, and any available rebates.

10. Scenarios Compare multiple "what if" scenarios for your customer - replace existing lighting with more efficient fixtures, compare electric and gas-fired equipment, or compare standard and incentive rate schedules.
