The Digi-Sense 94460-17 Traceable Excursion-Trac Data Logging Thermometer with 2 Stainless-Steel Probes allows you to keep a 24/7 rolling record of all your temperature observations. The data logging feature is especially useful for overnight and weekend monitoring. When you need to access the temperature data or the alarm events, you can simply download everything onto a computer.
