In addition, this connector is compact, lightweight, and simple to operate, built for reliability with 316 stainless steel and a standard FKM O-ring.

Spillage and air inclusion

  • Spillage is the volume of system fluid that escapes while a quick connector is uncoupled
  • Air inclusion is the volume of air trapped that comes in while a quick connector is coupled.

Operation

Coupling

  • Align the stem with the body in the identical series
  • Push the stem into the body until it clicks

Uncoupling

  • Pull the body sleeve towards the stem
  • Remove the stem from the body

Do not couple or uncouple at pressures exceeding 250 psig (17.2 bar).
